Cancellation Policy
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling A. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. B. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. C. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, emergencies), and in such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
